Established in 1972, Modesto Food Distributors, Inc. is a custom poultry supplier servicing the greater San Francisco Bay Area. We focus on individual customer needs, seeking long-term relationships that allow us to better anticipate and fulfill our customers' requirements. We work with customers to custom-tailor their orders, and each order is given careful attention and produced to customers' expectations. Key management staff is always available to work with our customers, and we maintain open phone lines and flexible delivery times to further strengthen our pledge to customer service.

Our established customer base facilitates our commitment to excellence by enabling us to stock a wide variety of fresh and frozen poultry as well as game birds, rabbits, ducks, cheese and other specialty products. We maintain close, personal relationships with our suppliers, representing and featuring Fulton Valley Processors: their fresh chickens, processed locally in Santa Rosa, are delivered to us daily. In addition, our farm fresh game birds come directly from farmers and farmer cooperatives. While we often offer competitive pricing, we opt not for the quick sell as we are more concerned with quality - we therefore do not compromise our commitment to our customers with lower prices for inferior products. To further assist our pledge to customer satisfaction, we consistently exceed USDA requirements by keeping our plant and equipment modern and up-to-date, enabling us to provide the best quality products possible.
